Howling Wolves: Cabernet Merlot - 2006
This wine is a blend of premium Willyabrup Cabernet sauvignon and the silky, ripe flavours of the regions renown Merlot. With lifted aromas of chocolate coated marshmallow and raspberry jelly-finishing with an opulent palate of rich Bavarian chocolate cake. Soft and smooth with lovely structure and balance. Serve with prime aged fillet steak, roast game and gourmet poultry.
