Howling Wolves: Cabernet Sauvignon - 2006
Due to a cooler summer than normal summer in the Margaret River region in 2006, merlot was added to the mix to soften the wine and a little unique Malbec fruit was added to give the wine a deeper colour and more enhance the structure.
This deep rich red wine has aromas of wild berries with vanilla and rich dark chocolate while the palate shows delicious black cherry, hazelnut and rhubarb flavours.
