This fruit driven wine has aromas of zesty lemon and lime while the flavours are a combination of slightly grassy and herbaceous Semillon with the tropical fruit of the sauvignon blanc. The wine is beginning to develop asparagus, green pea, honey and toast. The finish is lingering and fresh. The perfect accompaniment to fresh seafood and delicately spiced chicken curries.
