Howling Wolves: White Shiraz - 2008
This exotic blushed wine is produced by taking only the free run juice of the Shiraz grape and so not allowing any skin contact at all.
This gorgeous apricot coloured wine has aromas of pineapple, guava and red apple while the flavours are papaya, guava and red berries. The body is light and delicate and full of finesse with a lingering finish. Perfect accompaniment to salads, especially seafood salad as well as Thai dishes.
