Special Air Service Trust Fundraiser Dinner - June 6th, 2007
It was with great pleasure that Harmans Ridge Estate provided sponsorship to the Special Air Service Resources Trust Fundraiser Dinner, held on 6th June, 2007, being the anniversary of D-Day and the celebration of Western Australia's Foundation Day.
Through the generosity of 210 dinner guests a huge $34,000.00 was raised for the Trust.
The Special Air Service Resources Trust is a perpetual trust fund providing relief to current and former members of the Special Air Service Regiment and their dependants, who become deceased or permanently disabled in or as a result of active service or operational training.
The SAS Regiment was formed here in Western Australia in 1957 and forms an integral part of Australia's defence force. Further information is available at their website
